1. Agreement

By accessing or using dreamamman.com and related Dream Amman services (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What Dream Amman is

Dream Amman is a third-party marketing and referral platform. We promote hotels, tourism agencies, and event venues and may facilitate inquiries or booking requests. We do not own or operate partner properties, tours, or venues, and we are not a party to contracts between you and any partner unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

3. Partner services

Listings, prices, availability, photos, and descriptions may be provided by partners or shown for marketing purposes. Partners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their offerings and for delivering their services.

4. Bookings and inquiries

Submitting a booking form, hotel request, or contact message does not guarantee confirmation. Confirmations, payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the relevant partner’s policies unless a Dream Amman confirmation states otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful content, scrape or redistribute content without permission, or manipulate promotion or click tracking systems.

6. Intellectual property

Site design, branding, text, and original media belonging to Dream Amman remain our property. Partner logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that partner information is always complete or current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dream Amman is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from partner services, travel disruptions, or your reliance on Site content.

9. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
